Your accountant or bookkeeper can use your QuickBooks Online account for free.

Once you start using QuickBooks Online, you can identify one person as your accounting user. This user does not count toward your billing level. For example, if you're being billed for three users, and you invite your accountant to use your QuickBooks Online account, we'll still only charge you for three users.
