Convert QuickBooks Financial Software data—how it works

Converting QuickBooks Financial Software Data is available as a Plus feature.

QuickBooks Online Plus enables a one-time conversion of your QuickBooks Basic, Pro, or Premier Edition desktop file so that you can start QuickBooks Online Plus with your historical financial data.*

Your existing QuickBooks desktop data will convert to comparable features in QuickBooks Online Plus where applicable. When comparable features do not exist (such as customer or vendor types), the data will not be converted. In some cases where the features are not exactly the same, your data will convert in different formats.

Import data from third party applications

Currently Online Plus does not support imports directly from third-party applications. It is possible through a multi-step process.
