QuickBooks Online
Remembers your entries—how it works
When you enter important business information, QuickBooks Online remembers your entries so that you don't spend your time entering data more than once.
For example, when you enter a new customer's information in an invoice, QuickBooks Online saves it. The next time you send them an invoice, all of their contact information is recalled immediately. By remembering your entries, QuickBooks Online makes the accounting tasks you already do — paying bills, invoicing customers, and tracking expenses — faster and easier.
