How to Use Support
Our assisted support model is simple:
- Submit your question using the method that works for you:
- Via this Web site:
- Within your product, go to the Help drop down menu at the top right of the screen, and select Get Answers Now from the list of options.
- Within your product, click the Support link in the bottom right corner of each QuickBooks Online screen.
- We review your question and route it to a specialist who is knowledgeable about that particular topic.
- Our specialist reviews the question and will contact you. If you are an Online Plus user we have Live Chat and Call-Back Support available. With either of these support models, you are usually contacted within 30 minutes.
We are open from 6 AM - 6 PM Pacific time, Monday through Friday, (By the way, we do have limited staffing in the evenings and weekends — but, we can't guarantee as quick a response outside of business hours.)
